Welcome to AICarma. By accessing or using our website (www.aicarma.com) and services (collectively, the “Service”), operated by Pneumatic Software, Inc. (“AICarma,” “we,” “our,” or “us”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use (“Terms”) and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Service.

2. DESCRIPTION OF SERVICE

AICarma monitors and analyzes how different Large Language Model (LLM) platforms respond to user prompts to help businesses understand how AI tools represent them to customers. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Service at any time.

3. ACCOUNT REGISTRATION

To access certain features, you may need to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.

4. SUBSCRIPTION AND PAYMENT TERMS

If you subscribe to our paid services:

  • Payments are processed through Stripe
  • Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled
  • You may cancel your subscription at any time
  • We offer a 30-day refund policy for both initial and renewal payments

5. USER CONTENT

You retain ownership of all content you submit to our Service. By submitting content, you grant us a license to use it to provide and improve the Service. You are responsible for ensuring your content does not violate any laws or third-party rights.

6. PROHIBITED USES

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any illegal purpose
  • Submit false or misleading information
  • Interfere with the proper functioning of the Service
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service
  • Use the Service to build a competing product

AICarma owns all rights to the Service, including its design, code, and content (excluding User Content). You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on our Service without our permission.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE ERROR-FREE OR UNINTERRUPTED.

9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, AICARMA WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE LAST 12 MONTHS OR $1,000, WHICHEVER IS GREATER.

10. TERMINATION

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service at any time, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason.

11. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be resolved through arbitration in Dallas, Texas.

12. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

We may update these Terms at any time by posting the revised terms on our website. Your continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
